RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC RATES
Your Electric portion of you bill is comprised of Electric fixed charges, usage, public benefits, Power Cost Adjustment and taxes. The minimum monthly bill shall be the customer charge (fixed charge)
Fixed monthly charge: Single-phase $7.00
Three-phase $13.00
Energy usage charge: $0.0948 per kilowatt-hour (kWh)
Public Benefits: $1.34 / month
Power Cost Adjustment: All metered rates shall be subject to a positive or negative PCA charge equivalent to the amount by which the current cost of power (per kilowatt-hour of sales) is greater or lesser than the base cost of power purchased (per kilowatt-hour of sales).
Tax: 5.5%, charged on June through November bills.
