The Village of Trempealeau Community Room at 24455 Third Street is available by reservation for meetings, classes or other events as a community service for community groups. The Village of Trempealeau reserves the right to approve or deny rental to any group.

The Community Room includes 200 chairs with banquet tables, catering kitchen and serving hatch, a large refrigerator and microwave oven.

The Community Room is available on a first-come first-served basis. The community center is not available to rent during the public health crisis. Future reservations will be dependent on the current state of the pandemic. The facility is not available for reservations during Catfish Days Weekend.

Reservation Process

  1. Although not a guarantee, first check room availability using our  online calendar.
  2. Confirm availability with Village at Trempealeau by calling (608) 534-6434 before making reservation.
  3. Complete and turn in a Community room rental agreement Form with payment to the Village of Trempealeau office. Staff will confirm dates and organize a time to pick up keys when approved (if needed).

Fees

Monday – Thursday: $5/hour, maximum fee of $25 per day (non-resident $50/day)

Friday – Sunday: $50/day (non-resident $100/day)

Waiving of fees is at the discretion of the Village of Trempealeau. Fees will be waived for non-profit community groups, but a cleaning deposit ($200) and key deposit ($50) may be required.
