Update: New Proposed Ordinance Changes
The Village is currently reviewing potential major ordinance changes for 2024.
Most notably the addition of allowing for development of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).
Following last year’s successful approach, we will provide ample opportunities for public review and comment before any changes are adopted. There’s no urgency to finalize these updates – the Village prioritizes ensuring community input and addressing any significant concerns.
